A simple sorry isn't enough. But you learn to look at things from different perspectives when things like this happen.

And in order to practice this way of thinking or any other way of positive thinking, you have to get into the habit of practicing this train of thought while you are at your best. If not, when things blow up in your face you can easily forget everything thing you learned and send stupid emails when things don't go your way and have your number blocked
It's like when you buy something high-tech but only read the manual when it breaks. I need to enlighten myself when I'm feeling good not only when I'm feeling down.
